All packages and letterbox packages we send with a Track & Tracé code so you can track the package.

For orders within the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium, no shipping costs will be charged if the order is €39.95* or more.

Delivery time:
We ship the same business day, if the products you order from us are in stock and the order is placed before 4:00 pm.
Delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium:
If you order on weekdays before 16:00, your order will be offered by PostNL the next day with 99% certainty (also on Saturdays).
If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be offered to you on Tuesday.
Keep for the Wadden Islands with possibly 1 day extra delivery time, delivery abroad depends on the delivery service the country of receipt.
Rest of Europe:
Our packages are delivered by PostNL, 99% are delivered according to schedule.
Unfortunately it happens that packages are delayed, the chance of this is very small but unfortunately cannot be excluded.

Free pickup:
If you choose to pick up your order you will receive a message when your order is ready. You pay for your order at pickup or in advance.
Please do make an appointment with us when you want to pick up your order.
